Inspired by his background in orchid plantation and a deep interest in medicinal herbs, Mr. Leow Soon Seng began researching various mushroom species in Malaysia in 1983. Through extensive testing, he identified Ganoderma lucidum as having the highest therapeutic value. He also discovered that Malaysia’s unique climate, with temperatures between 28°C and 32°C and high humidity, offered the ideal conditions for cultivating this prized medical mushroom.
Today, Gano Excel operates the World’s Largest 100% Organic Ganoderma Plantation, located in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. A pristine environment is essential for producing high-quality Ganoderma, and our commitment to this principle sets us apart. We have invested heavily in sophisticated greenhouses equipped with modern technology to ensure a consistent and premium-quality harvest.

Key environmental factors—such as temperature, humidity, and sun exposure—are closely monitored and controlled to guarantee optimal growth and preserve the mushroom's powerful therapeutic properties.
To concentrate all the nutrients and ensure peak potency, only one Ganoderma mushroom are cultivated per unit of media. Each one is nurtured for three months until it reaches perfect maturity, at which point it is harvested under careful supervision.
